Thinking About How Founders

Build, Decide, and Grow.

Hello!

I work with founders, entrepreneurs, and leadership teams navigating complexity — helping them think more clearly about strategy, leverage, and long-term decision making.

Much of my work sits at the intersection of entrepreneurship, systems thinking, and leadership. I’m interested in how founders make decisions under uncertainty, how ideas compound over time, and how thoughtful frameworks can simplify complex challenges.

My Journey So Far

My journey into the world of entrepreneurship and leadership thinking did not begin with a clear roadmap. Like many founders and builders, it began with questions — about how companies grow, how leaders make decisions, and why some ideas seem to compound while others fade away.

Over the years, I became increasingly fascinated by the patterns behind successful organizations. What mental models do great founders use? How do leaders make sense of uncertainty? What frameworks help teams make better decisions at scale?

These questions led me deeper into studying entrepreneurship, business history, decision science, and strategy. Along the way, I began writing — first to clarify my own thinking, and later to share ideas with a broader community of founders and operators.

Today, my work brings together insights from these disciplines to explore the deeper questions behind building companies and leading organizations. The goal is not to provide quick answers, but to offer better ways of thinking about the problems that matter most.

My mission

I write to help founders and leaders cut through noise — to think more clearly about the decisions that actually matter. This isn’t about quick tactics or viral frameworks. It’s about developing the kind of judgment that compounds over time.

“Clear thinking compounds.”

My Values

Curiosity over certainty. Depth over noise. Long-term thinking over short-term reactions. I believe meaningful insights come from sustained reflection, wide reading, and engaging deeply with real problems faced by founders and leaders.

Beyond the Work

Outside of writing and working with founders, I spend a significant amount of time reading across disciplines — from economics and technology to philosophy and psychology. These ideas often shape how I think about entrepreneurship and leadership.

I’m particularly interested in how intellectual curiosity shapes better decision making. The books people read, the thinkers they follow, and the ideas they engage with often influence the way they see the world and the businesses they build.
